sarajhutton/Monte-Carlo-Resampling-For-Multiple-Stressor-Testing: Toxics-Range-Finding-MCResampling
Description
This is the second release of the Monte Carlo resampling function written to resample from the attached dataset to determine if differences in LC values are true or random chance. There are no differences in the code or data in either versions attached, the only edit was updating the R directory.
This code was used to determine if differences in mortality after exposure to biocides at two difference salinities was significant or random chance. This code could be adapted to test whether or not effects between two treatments are significantly different or random chance. Please cite accordingly.
